Incorporated in January of 1929 by the name Inter-Island Airways, Hawaiian Airlines is the flag carrier of Hawaii. HawaiianMiles, the frequent flyer program of the airline, offers exclusive privileges to its members. Courtesy of its fleet of 61 aircraft, the air carrier flies to 28 destinations across Asia, North America and the South Pacific. Headquartered at Honolulu in Hawaii, Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and Kahului Airport serve as the main hubs of the airline. You need to make your Hawaiian Airlines bookings to truly experience the authentic Hawaiian hospitality.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Carry-ons
All of the passengers with Hawaiian Airlines flight tickets are permitted to bring one carry-on bag as well as one personal item with them in the cabin of the aircraft. However, each carry-on item must meet the weight and size requirements. It should not weigh more than 25 lbs. and its dimensions must not exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches. The personal item, which could be a briefcase, laptop bag, purse or backpack, must be able to fit under the passenger seat in front.
Checked Baggage
When it comes to the checked baggage, the airline doesn’t offer free baggage allowance and a baggage fee is levied per bag. It should be noted, however, that each piece of in-hold luggage must have weight less than 50 lbs and carry the linear dimensions at most 62 inches in order to be accepted.
