Emirates, founded in 1985, is an airline based in the U.A.E. Its headquarters are located in Garhoud, Dubai. It is considered to be the largest airline in the Middle East. Baggage Allowance
Carry-ons
First Class and Business Class passengers aboard Emirates flights are permitted to bring one piece of carry-on baggage along with one personal item such as a briefcase or a garment bag. The weight of the personal item cannot be more than 15 lb. Economy Class passengers are permitted to bring only one carry-on baggage. Irrespective of the travel class, the weight of the carry-on baggage cannot exceed 15 lb.
Checked Baggage
For flights flying to/from the Americas- All passengers are allowed to take along two pieces of checked baggage. However, Special Economy Class passengers are allowed to take along only one piece of checked baggage. For First Class and Business Class, the maximum weight limit per bag is 70 lb. For Economy Class, it is 51 lb.
