BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Carry-ons
The airline permits all passengers with Air Transat tickets to carry one piece of hand luggage in addition to a personal item in the cabin of the aircraft. Both cabin bag and personal item, however, must fulfill the size requirements, which are at most 9 x 16 x 20 inches and 6 x 13 x 17 inches respectively. The cabin bag should be light enough to be stored in the overhead bin whereas the personal item should be stowed under the passenger seat in front.
Checked Baggage
In regard to the Checked Baggage, each piece of luggage must carry the weight at most 51 lbs and have linear dimensions not more than 62 inches. The air carrier, however, doesn’t offer free baggage allowance and passenger has to pay fee for each bag to be sent in the hold of the aircraft.
